Delete your Weftling account

You can permanently delete your Weftling account and all of its data at any time, directly from the app. This page explains how, and exactly what gets removed.

Delete from the app

Open Weftling (the Android app, or the web app) and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete account…
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete account.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone — if you want a copy of your data first, use Export a full backup on the same screen.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, with no retention period:

Your account and sign-in credentials.
All clients, time entries, materials, and settings you created.
All locally recorded invoice references.

If you connected Xero or QuickBooks, use Disconnect in Settings before deleting — that revokes Weftling's access on their side. Deleting your account removes Weftling's own stored reference to the connection.

Can't sign in?

If you're unable to access your account to delete it yourself, email support@fabbric.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.
